The villa comfortably accommodates eight guests in its four bedrooms. Two additional beds on the mezzanine may be arranged on request, depending on your group.

Yes, you enjoy exclusive use of the entire property: the house, garden and pool are reserved for your stay.

Villa Dar Essa is in Ghazoua, at kilometre 8, outside Essaouira. You can enjoy a peaceful setting while easily reaching the medina, beaches and restaurants by car.

A car is recommended for exploring Essaouira and its surroundings freely, shopping and discovering the beaches. You can also use taxis by planning your journeys ahead.

You can reach the villa by hire car or private transfer. Before your arrival, we send you its location and directions so you can find the house easily.

Yes. Contact us before your stay to arrange journeys from the airport or during your holiday.

A heat pump heats the pool. Water temperatures generally reach 24–26 °C in autumn and spring, and 28–30 °C in summer. In winter, it is difficult to exceed 24 °C. The water temperature also depends on the weather. Pool heating is included in the rental price.

Yes, the villa has fibre broadband and Wi-Fi so you can stay connected during your stay.

Naïma takes care of everyday housekeeping each morning from 9 am to 1 pm. End-of-stay cleaning is charged separately and shown in your booking price.

Yes, Naïma can prepare meals on request for a modest charge. Agree the menu, arrangements and price with her and enjoy a meal at home.

The villa is available from 3 pm on your arrival day. Check-out is before 11 am so we can prepare the house for the next guests.

If you expect to arrive late, please let us know before your stay so we can agree on the arrival arrangements.

Pets are not allowed on the property.

Please preferably smoke outside. Smoking is tolerated on the ground floor; bedrooms and the upper floor are non-smoking.

Please consult us in advance if you wish to receive visitors or organise an event. Respect the neighbours’ peace and quiet, with no noise after 10 pm.

Wind is part of Essaouira’s character and contributes to its mild climate, especially in summer. Its strength varies from day to day and by season. For evenings and walks by the sea, bring a light windproof layer. The villa’s orientation was chosen with the prevailing winds in mind to shelter the pool and terrace.
